All transactions are final sale. In the rare case that there is proof of a delivery issue due to the carrier, specifically with fine art without additional insurance, our studio is not liable. However, to accommodate our loyal customers, if proven shipping issues occur, the studio will offer an appropriate solution with store credit and/or replacement.
