Exterior House Murals of "The Cool People" in Florida Beach Towns
Since the creation of her murals in downtown Dunedin, Storm is consistently commissioned to paint small murals of The Cool People on local house exteriors. Painted Mirror Frame & Canvases at Blur Nightclub
April 2024, Storm was commissioned to paint a mirror frame and create to canvases for the front lounge at Blur Nightclub. With their preexisting indoor mural of The Cool People painted wallpaper (2021) and 60-foot building mural, Age Of The Cool People (2022), it was a trifecta to contribute a third creative showcase in Dunedin, Florida. Interior Design Canvases of 'The Cool People' in Palm Springs, California
April 2023, Storm was commissioned by two collectors in California. They were in process of having a sliding double door built and wanted it to be made solely of canvas. The door would lead to their "Icon Room" which is decorated in full monochromatic decor and a mirrored ceiling. Storm was shipped two 8-foot pieces of loose canvas to execute the murals. Painted Curtains for 'Rosewood Theater' in Manhattan
Commissioned double-sided fabric curtains, Storm executed this project at Storm Ritter Gallery in January 2023. With the classic wallpaper mural design of The Cool People, the massive curtains were installed at the Rosewood Theater nightclub and lounge in Manhattan. Video Tour: Making of "Age of The Cool People"
The video was filmed at the Storm Ritter Gallery in January 2023 as requested by the local Dunedin Mural Tours for their visitors via app and website. In this short clip, Storm explains the process and meaning of the “Age of The Cool People” mural in Dunedin, Florida. Little Shop of Horrors: Archive Scenic Design
10+ years have gone by since I designed and created the set + Audrey II puppets for L ittle Shop Of Horrors . As a junior in HS, my mania for absurdism & creative production exploded. life's rewards
The Cool People mural, having a moment on Amazon Prime's “Life’s Rewards” in Ep. 4. In January 2021, I painted the inside of the Blur Nightclub, in Dunedin, Florida. Spending time in my hometown during the holiday, expanded into a extended visit due to painting work and family priorities. Painted Sidewalk Signage: Commission by 'Gemini 14 Salon'
March 2021, the hair salon, Gemini 14, commissioned the artist to paint a custom two-sided sidewalk sign for their location on 14th Street in the East Village. The design was requested to compliment a pink neon sign of the phrase, "Free As My Hair. " The wooden sign was stripped, primed, and painted with exterior latex paint with a matte varnish.
