ABOUT PRODUCTION

Original Design Paintings

Based on paintings and illustrations by Storm Ritter, the handcrafted artisan jewelry collection launched in 2021. Using her original designs, pendants were first hand-cut in brass and used as templates to create custom rubber molds. Pieces are made individually in solid sterling silver and 14K gold, all locally produced in West Village, NYC. Additional mixed metal pieces were added to the collection including bracelets, earrings, and pins.

About The Pieces

At the Storm Ritter Galleries in Meatpacking, she worked with the non-profit, Gallery 23 New York, to take over locations. Since 2021, Storm focused her business in gallery-based fine art sales, evolving from her original retail storefront, Storm Ritter Studio, which prioritized made in-house fashion and accessible artwork. With her experience in management, she opened daily, contributing Village energy to the district. Since was already known as a retailer in Greenwich Village, Storm consistently had a flow of reoccurring visitors at the store to purchase original art and merchandise. And, the inviting showroom was a marriage of retail and exhibition, creating an immersive, polished experience that was friendly and approachable.

With a classic trio of The Cool People, the pendant embraces the numerology power of three. A statement piece, the pendant originally was released in brass and silver. Now available in solid sterling silver.

A single silhouette of The Cool People shapes a crescent moon in this elegant pendant initially made of brass and sold in two sizes. A classic design with a spiritual spin, available now in sterling silver and, upon request, 14k gold.

Hand-cut in brass, this pendant features cut-outs of The Cool People shaping the face of the sun. The original design can be found in canvases, murals, and NFT art, creating a collection around the motif. Available in sold brass online.

The first original pendant created features The Cool People silhouette as a powerful talisman. In solid sterling silver and 14k gold, this became the main signature of the jewelry collection. The first edition of this pendant was made of stainless steel, sold at Storm Ritter Studio in 2016.

Featuring The Cool People as a divine duo, the elegant figures connect in harmonious balance. The first editions were made in two sizes in brass and sterling silver. The Harmony pendant is still available in sterling silver & custom order 14k gold.

The royal 8-pointed star features the divine head of The Cool People. An adornment of soulful hierarchy, the pendant represents hope and power. Originally made of brass, but available now in solid sterling silver.

Based on the design painting, this mixed metal pin features silver and black enamel horoscope details, strong enough to hold on leather and denim garments & accessories.

The first metal pin of the collection, the classic design of The Cool People is the focus. Made of mixed metal silver and black enamel, the accent is ideal for leather or denim goods.

Exclusively made in mixed metal antique gold, this pin is based on the painting motif titled, "Inner Peace" as seen on fine art canvases and in the "Age of The Cool People" mural.

Using a vintage pendant as an initial template, a divine line and halo was soldered on the body's head before creating the mold. With a theatrical aesthetic, the pendants are now available in solid sterling silver online.

Created in New York City with Storm's illustration design, the stainless steel cuff bracelet is made of two unifying Cool People figures. Exclusively sold online as of 2024.

Handmade in brass, a small collection of necklaces were produced, adding real pearls at the bottom of each uniquely sized pendant. Based on the original design painting of "The Hanged Man," the pendant design was re-imagined.
