PROCESS & PRESS

Working Artist Interview

"With my reclaimed love for theatrical production and philosophy, I’m on a different path with my process. Our human experience is often parallel to theatre. Both are in flux, unfolding planned or unplanned stories, where mistakes don’t have a reset. I do know those mishaps to be most meaningful. Thematically, that’s what I’m focused on right now with painting."

"Some exhibitions invite you in. Storm Ritter’s new show, Theatre of the Cool People: A Mystical Heirloom, pulls you straight into a world that’s already turning. The second you cross the threshold, the room feels alive. People lower their voices without thinking, the way you do when you walk into someone else’s dream."

The Evolving Collection

The collection was exclusively shared at the opening night, the digital release of the full collection will be released in summer 2026 alongside a publishing project. Each painting connects to the next, creating a seamless storybook style.. Although every piece is a stand alone, the entirity of the collection is surrealist tale of reincarnation and empowerment. Below are pieces from the gift shop and unique works outside of the focussed collection.
